crazy ass logistical nightmare

It has been a crazy ass week here. Bill has been leaving at 2pm to head up to Newport for some school he and some of the guys are taking. It will be this way for two more weeks. Its annoying to have him sleep till 9 then have him be in a nasty mood cuz the kids woke him up before he wanted to be up. I dont want to be up either! Shit. That baby has been waking up between 545 and 645 for the past 5 days! My ass cant seem to get to sleep before 11 so its been difficult starting the day. Tomorrow is the half marathon and I need to be up wicked early anyway but when i dont have to be up it totally suuuuuucks to hear her whining that frigging early.

Yep tmw is the day, time to pound the pavement for 13.1 miles. I took the kids up to the Expo in Pvd ystrdy and walked around the convention center to get my race number, swag bag, and get some samples and promo stuff. OH and my beer bracelet too. Racers get a free MGD 64 at the finish line! Sweet. Yes its crappy super low cal beer but the perpetual poor college student in me still celebrates the idea of free beer. It was so easy to get carried away at the expo...there was so much to buy and it was all expensive! Baby onesies, camel packs, fanny packs, shorts, socks, sneakers, headbands, sports bras, stickers, magnets....you get the idea. I wanted a zip up hoodie and i found the perfect one. Light weight and grey with the Pvd Rock N Roll logo on it. 40 bucks. :/ But looking around, everything was between 30-50. I feel I got more for my money, lol. T shirts were 35! for 5 more dollars I get long sleeves, a hood, and a shiny zipper....WITH pockets. Hahahaha, that's me trying to justify spending 40 bucks on a lightweight hoodie. The kids were SO good for me thank GOD! They loved all the music and free granola. I swear they each had 3 or 4 clif/lara bar samples on top of all the other stuff like cups, tinkerbell wands(a vender from the Disney marathon series), fortune cookies.....they actually had a good time! I wanted to get out of the house earlier to make it back for dinner at home but we ended up picking up a pizza on the way home which worked out well, we ran in and sat down to eat. It was already 7pm, bedtime was looming and the kids needed showers/baths. Doing some quick math (not an easy task for this number-ly challenged lady) I will have spent about 200 bucks on this half marathon! Oh wait, new sneakers and shorts too make that 300. Jeez!
Back to my crazy ass week. Bill being on "2nd shift" was pretty hard. I had to get used to that along with Mase and Cam starting football and cheer. Siggggghhhh. This weighing heavy on my head because I hope the coaches are willing to work something out with me. Ok Cami has Cheer on M, T, and TH at 5:15 at Lisbon school. Mase had Fball on T and TH at  5:30 at the Town Garage. "Hmmmm" you say..."how are you going to do that?" Well the simple answer is "Idont know." It would be different if the kids were older I could just drop them off and that would be the end of the story but they are 4 and 6! It just doesnt work that way. Mase had a really great guy for a coach so I dont want to switch teams. Cami hasnt been assigned a coach yet so Im still hoping I can get her on a team that possibly practices at the Garage. So for now I cant do anything till I talk with the Cheer coach. Speaking of cheer coaches, there is one lady there who is such a bitch to these girls! I need to make sure she is NOT Cami's coach. I will not have a repeat of what happened at Flag Fball to Mase. His poor spirit was broken cuz of a dickhead coach. Cami is FOUR and still doesnt know her left from right and the idea of counting out a routine that starts with 5,6,7,8. (In her head she's prolly thinking "what happened to 1,2,3,4??) I will NOT have her getting in trouble because she cant understand the directions.

Time to change a shitty diaper, get breakfast and get dressed for kickboxing. I sure wish I had more than 2 people coming to class. It's so frustrating. I hope it picks up once the kids get back to school.
