On the upswing

It finally looks like today will be the turning point in our house of germs. Bill just left to take Mason to Walmart...the first time Mase has been out of the house since Monday when we went to the Drs. We are going to a retirement ceremony today for one of Bill's long time friends. Its not until 3 so we have all day to rest and get ready. Anyway, Bill and Mase are at Wally world to get Mase a pair of brown shoes and khaki pants to wear to the retirement ceremony and Im actually nervous that Bill is going to screw it up. sounds weird but this will be the first time that he's had to go shopping for one of his kids. I also asked him to buy Cami a long sleeve t shirt and tights to wear under her jumper. What he comes home with should be interesting...I need a pair of tights too but there is no way I was going to let him shop for my tights. One step at a time here. If he doesnt mess up the shopping for the kids then we'll see about letting him shop for my stuff. I'll just go out when Cami goes down for a nap after lunch. I may need to buy a whole new dress anyway since the one I'm planning on wearing may be too big. I lost so much weight in between Cami's pregnancy and this one and the dress is a size Large. Ill have to try it on some time this morning. Its just been so lazy around here that I have no energy to do anything! I did get the dishes in the dishwasher this morning but the whole house has really suffered. Two baskets of clean unfolded clothes have been sitting in the kitchen for seriously 4 days. The dust bunnies are going to need carrots soon if I dont get out the vacuum. Even though I hate being sick, it was really nice to just sit on the couch for a week straight. I have been so paranoid this pregnancy about having another preterm baby and with two other kids running around I can't seem to take the time to put up my feet. There is always somewhere to go or something to do. I realize that chances are everything will be just fine this time but I wont be able to relax until I am at least 30 weeks along. Idk why that thought keeps floating around, it's just some neurotic thing I'm going through right now I guess. Overall, everything seems to be fine...baby girl is moving around all the time now. She's quite the acrobat! Alright, my cup of tea has gone cold and I could really use a shower. One shower in a week is pretty nasty.
