waiting for Santa

Monday before Xmas. Still hanging out cooking this baby, Ill be 26 weeks tomorrow and for now our goal is to get to 30 weeks so only 4 more weeks to go! I'll be resetting this goal every week once I get to 30 weeks. It will be ok one more week, ok one more week.....obviously 35 weeks would be perfect but for now i lay here blogging and watching tv drinking my water to stay hydrated. If I get dehydrated, that could trigger contractions and that would be bad. As it stands right now I have a Braxton Hicks contraction about once an hour which according to the Dr is nothing to be alarmed about. But if they become any closer together then I have to go straight to the ER. Im really confident that we'll go another week at this point Im putting a lot of stock in the FFP results. Dr says its 99% accurate and since it came back negative its very reassuring to know i will make it to 27 weeks. It would be so much easier to be on bedrest if i didnt have the other kids but we are working it out. They are acting out in ways they wouldnt if I were up and around. Cam has been especially naughty this wknd with the nail polish, broken xmas ornaments, and packing peanuts everywhere just to name a few. i have an appt tmrw to get my progesterone shot and again next tuesday but ill see a Dr next week for a regular exam. Bill is out right now finishing the shopping for the kids. We still hadn't bought anything from "santa" so he's gotta get a few things to stick under the tree even though I keep threatening the kid that santa is only going to leave them a rock if they keep acting the way they are!!!  Im making up a schedule to be followed so the kids dont get out of hand while I lay here. It will be easier for everyone if there is a clear routine for them. Thats been the problem with their behavior, zero structure. I hope it works. My mom tends to do whatever and feed them crackers and pasta all day. I cant have that for weeks at a time, I tolerate it when shes here for a few days but this is different. We shall see....
