bad diet
So I've been a good girl and have worked out everyday for a week straight. Today was X stretch and it was loooovely...my poor body needed that. Then tmrow the hard shit starts all over again for 6 days and on day 7 Xstretch again. Im doing what I can do and trying hard BUT MY DIET SUUUUUCKS! Im watching what I eat but Im not focusing on the well balanced part of it all. Like today I ate Kashi cereal with blueberries for breakfast(good start) then a light yogurt with wheat germ mixed in for snack (so far so good) then Ihad to take the kids to McDonalds for the emergency board meeting and I ordered the fruit and walnut salad. That sounds innocent enough but the walnuts are LOADED with sugar and the yogurt is full fat and full sugar. Great. Then I pick at some cold pasta and a few carrot stix and cherries. I skip dinner until just 20 minutes ago where I eat this big plate of pasta with olive oil and tuna(no mayo). Something is not right here. Could it be the pasta at 1030? Hardly any protein during the day, need more fiber, and I actually think Im not eating enough during the day. Maybe a food journal? Idk. I wish I had a live in dietition. Or someone to write up a meal plan for me. I need to get to bed, I've hardly gotten any sleep in the past 4 or 5 days, Lauren is NOT giving me a break even with the cereal during the day. She must be in a massive growth spurt.
