Be gone, fat ass!

I started P90X today and I would have laughed at some of the shit they expected me to do except I was sweating and breathing so hard and couldnt quite eek out a smile. This is going to be rough, an hour a day for the next 89 days yikes! Anyway, I can feel that my muscles are sore in spots so thats good, I havent felt this way in seriously years. I havent worked out regularly since mase was a toddler. Thats really sad to admit, but its true...everything has started to head south because this nasty little thing called muscle atrophy. I've become a skinny fat person and thats so not cool. Well Im not anywhere near skinny since Lauren came out but I can accept that and now Im really ready for a dramatic change. So my goal is to get through the end of July and take a pic of me at my 30 day mark to see if any changes happened. My second goal is to get into my "fat shorts" from last year which I could pull down without unbuttoning them. Third, 10lbs gone. I can live with being 145 but this 155 thing has to go. I also need to change my diet and look to more veggies and fiber with lots of chicken and cut out sugar. The real problem in my diet is I just dont eat enough during the day and at night I'll eat a huge dinner and dessert. I need to eat more during the day and the past two days I've made it a point to sit with the kids and eat breakfast and lunch together instead of getting them fed and me doing chores while their eating (and quiet!).
On a different note, its been blazing hot out all this week and it wont stop till the weekend.  So the pool has been used a lot which is great cuz last year we didnt use it too much. We love the deck and mase can run and jump in and even touch bottom this year! So he's been practicing swimming without his water wings. Cami has been doing well too, she's paddling around doggy paddle with her water wings and is quite a little fish. I dont bring Lauren out too much she gets kinda cranky in this nasty heat. I was able to bring up the water temp (with the bubble cover on today) to 87! So I might take little L in the pool tmrw, the water has been like 77 until today and thats too cold for me and the babe. Lauren is getting so big, she's 12lb 9oz and 23 in long. Thats not much bigger than mase at birth, lol! He was 22 1/2 in at birth. Crazy.

Hmmm well Bill has been nonexistant around here this summer. I prolly wont see him till Halloween! The boat is going through sea trials and its in and out in and out in and out. Nuts. The kids seemed like they were ok with it until I found PISS on the carpet in the playroom...it was MASON! I was shocked but he def admitted to it and I had to throw away one rug down there cuz he ruined it. UGH. Other than that Im dealing with this madness as best as I can by hiding in my room and sleeping all day. Oh wait, that was the me 10 years ago. Seriously though I try and stick to a routine but it never works so I am as consistant as possible and dont take any of thier shit or they'll walk all over me.
